Aberdeen Art Gallery turns into an immersive silent disco experience for one night only!

This Valentine’s Day, the stunning Sculpture Court of Aberdeen Art Gallery will be transformed into an immersive silent disco experience! Join us after hours as this iconic venue is bathed in light and live DJ’s go head-to-head amongst the artwork, blasting beats to our theme of ‘romance’ vs ‘rebellion’.

Whether you’re into love anthems, break-up bangers or pure party tracks, you can switch between the channels whenever you please and find your vibe! We're also thrilled to announce GREIGSY as our Special Guest DJ - widely loved by locals during his time on Northsound 1 and now heard on air all over Scotland.

With a fully-stocked bar to keep your energy high, choose your own soundtrack and experience a night to remember as you dance amongst the artwork with your sweetheart or celebrating singledom!

We are teaming up with Funkwagen and The Ship Inn again this January for another huige beach party!

Let's keep the New Year festivities going that little bit longer and dance the evening away to the 2 fabulous DJs from @funk_wagen. Golden hour starts at 3pm on 2nd January so come and down and watch the sun set on the 2nd day of the new year and get those dancing shoes on.

During Edinburgh's International Film Festival, Eden Locke is bringing you something a little different: Silent Cinema.

You’ve heard of a Silent Disco? This is a Silent Cinema. Watch Wes Anderson’s latest movie – Isle of Dogs, in the luxury of 127 at Eden Locke; you'll have your own headphones and be welcomed with a glass of bubbles and a bag of popcorn for a real cinema experience.

ABOUT THE FILM

Isle of Dogs is a 2018 stop-motion animated science-fiction adventure film written, produced and directed by Wes Anderson. Set in a dystopian near-future Japan, the story follows a young boy searching for his dog after the species is banished to an island following the outbreak of a canine flu.

- 21 June. Doors open at 6.30pm, with the film starting at 7pm sharp. The bar at 127 will stay open until 11pm, so you can stay around for a drink after the film ends.
