Dundee Christmas Silent Disco Walks!

Join us in the wonderful city of Dundee for some amazingly fun Silent Disco walks to take place in Dundee City centre as party of the big Christmas Lights Switch On!

We'll take you on a musical trip round the city streets singing and dancing to some of your best christmas classics as well as a few Silent Disco favourites!

Walks will start and end on Reform Street and last around 30 minutes per walk, look out for our tent and flags, exact location will be sent out prior to walk.

We expect a huge demand for these walks so best way to get involved is buy your tickets now and secure your headphones!

WALKING SILENT DISCO TERMS & CONDITIONS

All tickets purchased for Silent Knights Walking Tours are subject to these Terms & Conditions, please read carefully. When you make a booking it will be deemed you have accepted the Terms & Conditions on behalf of all individuals included in the booking.

ConfirmationConfirmation email and eTicket will be sent immediately after booking. If you do not receive this email please first check your junk folder, or contact us at info@silent-knights.co.uk.

Requirements to participate
(a) Participants must bring their valid ticket to the walk meeting point. The Walk Guide will have a list of people who are expected, but your ticket will be required to confirm payment, and also necessary in the event of last minute bookings and/or booking error. Your e-ticket entitles the named participant to join the tour on the date specified. It cannot be used for another day unless agreed by Silent Knights. Failure to produce ticket may result in refusal to take part. If ticket or confirmation lost please contact us to arrange a replacement

(b) Client must accept they are participating at their own risk and is client’s responsibility that they are fit enough to participate. All Participants will be required to disclose, to the Silent Knights staff member, prior to the walk, whether the participant suffers from any medical condition which may prevent the participant taking part in the walk, for example epilepsy, injury, heart condition, severe asthma, or visual impairment.(c) All Participants acknowledge and agree that they participate in the walk at their own risk. All participants are responsible for their own and accompanying children's safety at all times. By agreeing to take part on the tour, all Customers are agreeing to listen to the safety instructions given by the Guide and to exercise due care and attention whilst walking.

Cancellations by Customers
It is not possible to make changes to existing bookings, unless Silent Knights receives notification 72 hours in advance to info@silent-knights.co.uk

In the unlikely event of a tour being cancelled we will offer an alternative walk date or refund.

Arriving late for a Walk
The walk will start at the time stated. The guide will not be able to answer their phone to give you directions you once the tour has started. If you call contact no. before the tour starts to explain that you may be late, we may be able to direct you to a place where you can join the group, but this is not always possible. We do not offer refunds to people who miss the tour because they are late. You are responsible for making allowance for any potential delays to your arrival.

Attire
Participants must wear appropriate clothing for the weather on day of walk and appropriate footwear for walking on the relevant area and terrain.
All walks are held rain or shine unless extreme weather conditions. We recommend you check the weather forecast to help you choose your shoes and clothing, umbrella or poncho should also be considered.

Accident or Loss
Please take care of all personal property. Silent Knights will not be liable for any theft, loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, direct or consequential loss, however caused.

Participant Conduct & Safety
Silent Knights may, at our discretion, require any person to be excluded from a walk if Silent Knights deems his or her conduct to be offensive or a nuisance to other participants. Silent Knights also reserve the right to refuse access to participate on a particular walk should circumstances be deemed to compromise walk safety.

Photos & Videos
All Participants acknowledge and agree that Silent Knights are authorised to take photographs & videos of Participants during the tour and utilise such photographs for the purpose of advertising Silent Knights Walking Silent Discos including being displayed on the Silent Knights website and social media. If you wish to be excluded from any images or videos please make it known to staff member or photographer. Fellow participants are likely to take photos and videos, Silent Knights are not responsible for this media being taken and shared online.

Children
Children aged 12 and under are the responsibility of their parents/guardians and need to be accompanied at all times.For younger children we keep the sound level at the recommended level of 84db, it is parent/guardian’s responsibility to control child’s volume, this can be adjusted on the individual headphones.

Pets
Pets are not allowed on any of our walks.
